How to Order

1. Go to our shop page.
2. Search the product you want to buy by entering the keywords in the search bar or choosing the product category.
3. Enter the quantity per item and click “add to cart” button.
4. Once you have chosen all the items you need, click the “check out” button for payment.
5. Don’t forget to fill in the necessary information to ship your items.
6. Check your email for details on how to send your payment.
7. You may also visit our Facebook page to make an order. Simply hit us a message and we’ll respond to your queries as soon as we can.

How Much to Pay For the Shipping Fee

For now, we do not offer free shipping. You have to shoulder the shipping fee of our chosen courier. Shipping fees may vary on your location. 

How to Pay

1. We accept payments via Palawan Express, M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhullier, Paymaya, GCash, and LBC.
2. Please send us a picture or scanned copy of the payment receipt as proof of payment through our Facebook chat or email.
3. We will only process your order once we have received the payment receipt.
4. We also offer cash-on-delivery for meet-ups within Cebu City.

How to Receive the Orders

1. We offer shipping nationwide. Orders processed before 2 P.M. can be received on the next day.
2. We also do meet-ups within Cebu City. Please contact us ahead so that we can set the meeting time and place.

How to Replace Items

1. We will only replace items that have factory defects.
2. We do not offer a money back guarantee, but will only replace equivalent items or other items which will total to the same amount paid.
3. Replacement of items due to factory defects is valid for up to 14 days only starting from the day the items are received.
4. Shipping cost of replaced items will be shouldered by us.
